Free shipping policy

HolyGems™ is pleased to offer international FREE & FULLY INSURED shipping!

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, HolyGems™ does not ship orders to post office boxes. Yet, we are happy to ship to any address you choose so long as there is someone there to sign for and accept the package.

We ship via professional Gemstone and jewelry secure courier.

No Shipping fees or additional expenses will be added to the cost of the jewelry at any point (except for Tax and/or VAT that may apply to your order by the reviving country).

We recommend that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. HolyGems™ will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s country.

Address information

Your order will be shipped according to the address you specified on the checkout form.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.  If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

Estimated shipping time frame

HolyGems™ products that are sold in auctions, will leave the company to the winner (see our Auction Policy), at the latest, 48 hours after the auction was closed and the payment was confirmed.

Shipment lengths (from the time the package left our store), depend on its destination (shipping times are approximate).
* to Europe 4-5 business days
* to the USA/Canada 5-6 business days
* to Australia 6-7 business days

Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time frames can be impacted by delays caused by shipping-service, weather disruptions, and Covid policies in the customer’s country.

Shipping notification

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. 
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.

All our packages are fully insured and require a customer signature upon delivery.
